Important message
Due to the relocation of our motor production site and some operational restructuring, there are currently longer waiting and processing times in the service department. The processing time for motors is currently around 2-3 months.
We ask for your understanding and patience when you send us your motor.
Our team is working flat out to normalize the situation as quickly as possible.

Products for repair can be sent both through the dealer, and directly to us. When shipping, please include the completed and signed service form and remove the motor pinion if necessary.
If you send us products from a third country (non-EU/EFTA), it is mandatory that you enclose an invoice/proforma invoice with the shipment. Otherwise, the shipment cannot be processed by customs and will be returned to you.
Before we perform the repair, you will receive a quote from us about the costs involved.
For shipments that are to be processed under warranty, the proof of purchase is mandatory.
Please note that we have discontinued support for KORA, KORATOP, KBM, Fun and BL series motors. Also the support for the controllers: JAZZ, PowerJAZZ, 3SL, Smile, SUN PLUS, BEAT, CYBER-Line, Star-Line. For the JIVE, HeliJIVE and PowerJIVE controllers, the service options are limited.
