Incorrectly tuned remote control systems and component tolerances of individual components can always result in range limitations and interference due to RF radiation. These problems occur especially in helicopter applications, where the remote control and drive components are close together.
KONTRONIK has addressed this particular problem and, in a research effort, selected a special toroidal core made of nanocrystalline material which, thanks to its unique combination of permeability and excellent high-frequency attenuation, almost completely suppresses the interfering RF signals caused by the remote control and drive components used.
