SOBEK Drives GmbH will convert the existing enterprise resource planning system on July 17, 2023.
This will bring various changes and temporary limitations to our systems:
- The inquiry and order forms get a new layout
- With the first document from the new system you will receive a new customer no.
- For our previous article numbers, the prefixed digit 0 will be removed.
-> Example: Current material number 04330 -> New material number 4330. - In the future, orders will be sent primarily as PDFs by e-mail.
- Open orders and contracts are automatically transferred to the new system, the document references remain identical.
As of Monday, July 17, 2023, we will already be working with the new system.
However, we ask for your understanding that in the period after the system changeover, occasional corrections may be necessary with regard to inquiries, orders and contracts.
If any documents sent to you are affected by this, we apologize and would be happy to receive your comments.
